Happy Halloween from Tuff
This was Tuff today while Aunt Bree as talking to him. He got so excited and I think this is the first time he has laughed like this. I was almost in tears it was so precious.

Harper has that same shirt...and that video is so adorable. Him and Harper need to meet..they could just laugh at each other all day! lol
